From Genes to Behavior Neuroscience at University of South Carolina as it All. Links to the left or right take you to the research interests of our faculty. Neuroscience research at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine has undergone extensive development in the past year. As we expand, our vibrant faculty provide graduate students with opportunities to conduct cutting-edge research in the biomedical neuroscience. The Neuroscience Focus Group is based in the Department of Pharmacology, Physiology & Neuroscience at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia, SC. As part of the interdisciplinary Biomedical Sciences Graduate Program students take a core program of courses emphasizing cell and molecular biology, plus additional coursework in neuroscience.
