Neuroscience research at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine has undergone extensive development in the past year.  As we expand, our vibrant faculty provide graduate students with opportunities to conduct cutting-edge research in the biomedical neuroscience.

The Neuroscience Focus Group is based in the Department of Pharmacology, Physiology & Neuroscience at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia, SC.  As part of the interdisciplinary Biomedical Sciences Graduate Program students take a core program of courses emphasizing cell and molecular biology, plus additional coursework in neuroscience.  The links to the left provide details concerning the Biomedical Sciences Graduate Program, including application procedures and requirements.
